基于聚合离子液体-多壁碳纳米管化学修饰电极检测多巴胺的研究

【摘要】 将聚合离子液体(聚(1-乙烯基-3-乙基咪唑溴代盐))和多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)结合,首次利用该复合物制备出聚合离子液体-多壁碳纳米管修饰电极(Poly(ViEt Im~+Br~-)/MWCNTs/GCE)。该修饰电极通过提供协同增强作用,对DA具有良好的电催化活性,且与多壁碳纳米管修饰电极相比,具有更好的电化学响应信号。实验结果显示,在pH=7.4的PBS中,AA和DA、DA和UA的氧化峰电位差为215 mV和157 mV,可以实现DA的无干扰测定。在三者同时存在下,DA的检测范围为2~180μM。此外,该电极已成功地被运用于盐酸多巴胺注射剂的检测,且检测效果良好。
【Abstract】 The polymeric ionic liquids(poly(1-vinyl-3-bromo-ethyl imidazole salt)) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) were combined for the first time to prepare the modified electrode of Poly(ViEtIm~+Br~-)/MWCNTs/GCE. Because of the synergetic effects of conductive MWCNTs and PILs, excellent electrochemical catalytic activities towards dopamine(DA) was achieved using the Poly(ViEtIm~+Br~-)/MWCNTs/GCE electrode and the better electrochemical response signal was achieved than that of MWCNTs/GCE electrode. Experimental results showed that the oxidation peak potential difference between AA and DA, DA and UA was 215 mV and 157 mV, which gave large potential difference enough to well distinguish DA from AA and UA. DA detection range It is 2~180μM. In addition, the electrode had been successfully applied to detect dopamine hydrochloride injection and good detection resluts have achieved.
