基于电聚合技术的多功能性金微米花和分子印迹聚合膜电化学传感器及其在测定胆固醇方面的应用

【摘要】 通过简便可行的电聚合技术合成了聚多巴胺薄膜包裹的金微米花,并在此多功能性平台上合成分子印迹聚合物膜,并结合了石墨烯的增敏作用和金纳米粒子的表面效应,实现了对胆固醇的检测,其检测范围为10-13-10-18 mol L-1。修饰材料通过扫描电镜,紫外光谱以及电化学阻抗谱等方法进行表征,证实了各修饰材料之间的相互作用,以及分子印迹聚合物用于检测胆固醇的可行性。

【Abstract】 The micron-sized flowers of Au wrapped by polydopamine film was synthesized by electro-polymerization method, and subsequently molecularly imprinted polymers wereelectropolymerized on this versatile platform. We combined with the advantages of graphene and gold nanoparticles, to achieve the detection of cholesterol. The response currents of the imprinted electrochemical sensor exhibit a linear relationship toward the negative logarithm of the concentrations of cholesterol ranging of 10-13-10-18 mol L-1. The modified molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), ultraviolet spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in detail, demonstrating that the interaction between the various modified materials, as well as the feasibility of molecularly imprinted polymers for the detection of cholesterol.
