伊利石表面改性研究

【摘要】 伊利石是一种粘土矿物层状材料,在功能性材料和纳米结构材料领用有广阔的前景。然而,天然伊利石的层间距小、难以剥离等缺点限制它的进一步应用。因此,本文以伊利石为原料,在钠化、有机化处理的基础上,通过机械球磨、超声处理实现对天然伊利石的剥离。利用SEM、TGA、XRD、全自动气体吸附仪等仪器表征了样品的微观结构及表面特性。结果表明,改性后的伊利石表面官能团趋近稳定,削弱了片层间的相互作用,层间距明显变小,其物理化学特性明显优于天然伊利石。

【Abstract】 Illite is a layered material of clay minerals, and has a broad prospect in the field of functional materials and nanostructured materials. However, natural illite layer spacing was small, difficult to peel and other shortcomings limit its further application. In this paper, illite as raw materials, on the basis of Na-modification, organic treatment, through mechanical milling and ultrasonic treatment to achieve natural illite was peeling. The microstructure and surface properties of the sample are characterized by SEM, TGA, XRD and full automatic gas adsorption instrument. The results showed that the modified illite surface functional groups approaching stability weaken the interaction between the sheets, spacing significantly smaller, which physical and chemical properties significantly superior to natural illite.
