铜藻炭基固体酸催化剂的制备

【摘要】 以浙江省优势大型海藻铜藻为原料,采用水热炭化-磺化法制备了铜藻炭基固体酸催化剂,并以油酸与甲醇的酯化反应为模型反应、以酯化率为指标评价其催化活性。考察了制备条件(炭化温度、炭化时间、磺化温度、磺化时间等)对催化剂活性的影响,并采用热重分析(TGA)、元素分析(EA)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,铜藻炭基固体酸催化剂具有较高的催化活性,最优制备条件为炭化温度220℃、炭化时间4h、磺化温度90℃、磺化时间2h,在此条件下酯化率达到98.62%。催化剂具有良好稳定性,经5次重复利用后,酯化率仍可达到96.45%。

【Abstract】 A carbon-based solid acid catalyst was prepared by a hydrothermal carbonization-sulphonation method from Sargassum Horneri. The esterification of oleic acid and methanol was taken as the model reaction to investigate the impact of preparation parameters on the catalyst activity. The as-prepared catalyst was characterized using thermogravimetric analysis, elemental analysis, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the solid acid catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity, the conversion of oleic acid was 98.62% under the optimal conditions of carbonization at 220 ℃ for 4h and then sulphonation at 90℃ for 2h. The esterification conversion still reached 96.45% after five cycles of successive reuse, which indicated that the catalyst stability was excellent.
