钴基费托合成基础与工业应用

【摘要】 <正>费托合成油技术是煤炭、天然气等含碳资源清洁优化利用的重要途径。目前,实现工业应用的费托合成催化剂为铁基催化剂和钴基催化剂。钴基费托合成催化剂具有高活性、高直链饱和重质烃选择性以及低水煤气变换反应等特点;也符合CO2减排等国际趋势,因而成为该领域的研究热点。近10年来,中国科学院山西煤炭化学研究所系统地开展了钴基费托合成催化剂及制备

【Abstract】 Fischer-Tropsch(F-T) synthesis is an important route to utilize fossil resources such as coal and natural gas. At present, the Co-based catalysts and Fe-based catalysts for FTS have been achieved industrial utilization. It is well known that cobalt based catalysts with high activity and high selectivity for linear long chain hydrocarbons and also low activities for the competitive water-gas shift(WGS) reaction are the hot spots of FTS research field.F-T synthesis catalysts and related scale-up were investigated in our laboratory, including the relationship between cobalt dispersion, reducibility, and methane formation along with the hydrophobic modification and the core-shell structure. It was found that CH4 selectivity was correlated with the reducibility of cobalt, which depended on its particle size. Based on these, two types of Cobased catalysts had been developed for the scale-up with the feature of low CH4 and high heavy hydrocarbon selectivity. Currently,these two types of catalysts had obtained good long-term stability and achieved industrial application. This report firstly introduce the process of FTS, then mainly reviews the relationship between cobalt particle size and catalytic performance, the relationship between catalyst configuration and selective synthesis, the relationship between mechanism of inactivation and stability, the relationship between development of catalyst and industrial application. At last, the newest development direction of cobalt-based catalysts is forecast and summarized.
