聚合物碳化反应:反应特性及其应用

【摘要】 <正>此报告总结了近年来我们课题组在探索聚合物碳化反应基本规律及其碳化反应的应用。首先介绍通用高分子材料(如:聚烯烃、聚苯乙烯、PVC、聚乳酸等)在催化剂作用下碳化反应的基本规律及其碳化产物的形貌特征,进而利用聚合物催化碳化反应制备零维碳材料(如:空心碳球、Co@C微球、Fe3O4/碳微球)、一维碳材料(如:纳米碳纤维、杯叠碳管、多孔杯叠碳管等)、二维碳材料(如:碳纳米薄片等),探索了所制备碳材料在环境和能源方面的潜在应用价
【Abstract】 In this presentation, we summarized the carbonization principle of polymer materials, including polyolefin, polystyrene, PVC and PLA etc.. By the carbonization of polymers, carbon materials including zero dimensional carbon materials(such as carbon spheres(HCS), core/shell Co@C spheres and Fe3O4/carbon microspheres), one dimensional carbon materials(such as CNTs, carbon nanofibers(CNFs), cup-stacked CNTs(CS-CNTs), porous CS-CNTs(P-CSCNT) and CF/CNT hybrid) and two dimensional carbon materials(such as carbon nanosheet(CNS) and porous CNS(PCNS)) were synthesized. The applications of the resultant carbon materials were explored in Li-ion batteries, photo-degradation of dyes and adsorption of pollutants(such as heavy metal ions, oils and organic dyes). Finally the carbonization of polymers shows the charming characteristic in improving the flame retardancy of polymer materials.
