石油羧酸盐与重烷基苯磺酸盐协同降低原油/水界面张力

【摘要】 目前,我国注水开发油田提高原油采收率的技术主要为化学驱。三元复合驱(碱-表面活性剂-聚合物复合体系)可以综合发挥不同化学剂的协同效应,既可以提高采收率,又可以降低经济成本,因而成为大幅度提高石油采收率的重要方法之一。对毛管数与驱油效率及剩余油关系的研究表明:为大幅度提高驱油效率,必须使原油/注入流体的界面张力降到10-3mN·m-1数量级以下。因此,人们对超低界面张力体系的研究倍感兴趣。本研究考察了恒定聚合物浓度和弱碱条件下石油羧酸盐与重烷基苯磺酸盐复配表面活性剂体系协同降低原油/水界面张力的作用。研究结果表明,在地层水矿化度和聚合物存在条件下二者具有良好的配伍性,在不同比例、很宽的表面活性剂浓度和弱碱浓度范围均可与大庆原油形成超低界面张力体系,而且复配体系在低浓度和低碱区的乳化性能和稳定性能均好于高浓度高碱区者;贝雷岩心驱油实验结果表明,该复配体系对大庆原油的驱替效率平均可提高25%以上。本研究对于三元复合驱的弱碱化驱油体系设计具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In this study the synergistic effect of mixed surfactant system with the petroleum carboxylate and heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate is discussed under alkalescent condition,constant polymer concentration and formation water salinity.The research results show that the mixed surfactant systems have both good compatibility and good interfical activity in a wide range of surfactant and weak alkyli concentration.The interfical tension between Daqing crude oil and displacement fluid can attain ultra-low level,and the emulsifying properties and stability of the region of low surfactant concentration and low alkyli concentration are better than the those in higher region.Berea core displacement experiment results show that the displacement recovery efficiency of combined system is more than 25%on average for Daqing crude oil.This study has a great significant on the design of ASP flooding weak alkaline system.
