丁炔二醇烷氧基化物三硅氧烷的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 有机硅表面活性剂由于独特的分子结构赋予其独特的性能,如高表面活性,优异的铺展及润湿性能,无毒、无刺激等,已被广泛应用于各行各业。目前,应用最多的是聚醚改性有机硅表面活性剂。丁炔二醇烷氧基化物作为一种重要的煤基化学品,因其分子结构中含有碳碳三键,可以作为原料来合成其它化合物。本文以丁炔二醇烷氧基化物为原料合成了两种非离子三硅氧烷表面活性剂:丁炔二醇乙氧基化物三硅氧烷和丁炔二醇单丙氧基化物三硅氧烷,并研究了其在水溶液中的物化性能和应用性能。结果表明:这两类表面活性剂都具有较高表面活性,能把水的表面张力降到22m N/m,并且其在水溶液中能形成纳米级聚集体。

【Abstract】 Siloxane surfactants have become of considerable interest to researchers in recent decades due to their having advantages such as low surface tension, spreading and wetting properties. Siloxane surfactants, are widely used in various applications such as polyurethane foam, textile manufacture, personal care products, agricultural adjuvant, paints and coatings, etc. the most common siloxane surfactants are polyether siloxane surfactants. butynediol alkoxylate is an important coal based chemical with reactive tribonds. In this, two kinds of novel butynediol alkoxylate trisiloxane surfactants(butynediol ethoxylate trisiloxane(TBEO) and butynediol monopropoxylate trisiloxane(TBMP) were synthesized. Their physicolchemical and applied properties in aqueous solution were investigated. These results indicate that the surfactants have excellent efficiencies of micelles formation and surface tension reduction in aqueous phase.
