以超分子凝胶为模板聚合薄膜的合成及催化性能研究

【摘要】 薄膜材料具有良好的生物相容性,生物降解性,无毒性,多孔性,可回收性等特点被人们竞相开发成为废水处理方面的研究热点。本文以超分子凝胶为模板,在聚合单体HEMA及引发剂光照作用下合成了含铁化合物的聚合薄膜,并将其用于水合肼还原硝基苯反应。该聚合薄膜通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR等技术对催化剂的形貌与结构进行了表征。同时考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应时间和n(水合肼)∶n(硝基苯)等因素对苯胺收率的影响。结果表明,该聚合薄膜能够将硝基苯还原成苯胺,苯胺最大收率可达到100%。
【Abstract】 Membrane materials have been largely explored and have become the focus,which possesses good biocompatibility,biodegradability,nontoxicity,porosity and recyclability.Herein,polymer films were synthesized and used in reduction of nitrobenzene with hydrazine hydrate to aniline.The structures of polymer films were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,n(hydrazine):n(nitrobenzene) on yield of aniline were investigated.The results indicated that the aniline yield could reach up to 100% under the experimental conditions of this work..
