高密度燃料JP-10促燃研究

【摘要】 JP-10因其综合性能非常好、成本相对较低,是中长期内液体冲压发动机非常理想的合成高密度燃料。但因其是高C/H比的双环结构,燃烧性能比RP-3明显劣化,特别是高空低压低氧含量的条件下更是明显。此问题亟待解决。本文采用氧弹模拟高空环境,在余气系数α为1至1.2的条件下,考察了4种促燃剂促进JP-10燃烧的性能。研究结果表明,(1)不同含量的DMAZ对JP-10的燃烧起相反的作用,1%的DMAZ会抑制JP-10的燃烧,5%的DMAZ则可以明显促进JP-10的燃烧,但是DMAZ与JP-10的相容性较差,存放过程中会从JP-10中析出,应用存在困难;(2)少量(20ppm—100ppm)的铂或钯纳米颗粒均能改善JP-10的燃烧性能,而且钯的效果好于铂,当余气系数为1.2、钯含量为100ppm时,燃烧效率从85.9%提高到87.6%;(3)在JP-10中加入(0.1%—5%)四环庚烷可以显著改善燃烧性能,效果明显优于铂和钯纳米颗粒,当余气系数为1.2、四环庚烷含量为1%时,JP-10的燃烧效率提高到89.0%。上述结果表明,四环庚烷是高密度燃料燃烧的良好促进剂,具有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 JP-10 is an ideal high-density fuel for liquid ramjet in medium to long term,because its overall performance is perfect and its cost is relatively low.However,its combustion performance is worse than RP-3 due to its bicyclic structure of high C/H ratio.Especially,this phenomenon is even more evident under conditions of high altitude,low pressure and hypoxia.In this paper,oxygen bomb was used to simulate high-altitude environment.Under the excess air coefficient a of 1 to 1.2,the effects of 4 kinds of additives were investigated on combustion characteristic of JP-10.It was showed that(1) different amounts of DMAZ have opposite effect on the combustion of JP-10,and 1%DMAZ would inhibit the combustion of JP-10,while 5%DMAZ could significantly promote the combustion of JP-10.But DMAZ has poor compatibility with JP-10 that would precipitate from JP-10 when storage,so its application is difficulty;(2) a minor amount(20ppm-100ppm) of platinum or palladium nanoparticles could improve the combustion characteristic of JP-10,and the performance of Pd NPs is better than Pt NPs.When excess air coefficient is 1.2 and the content of Pd NPs is 100 ppm,the combustion efficiency rose from 85.9%to 87.6%;(3) Adding(0.1%-5%) quadricyclane in JP-10 could significantly improve the combustion performance,which is better than Pd NPs and Pt NPs.When excess air coefficient is 1.2 and the content of quadricyclane is 1%,the combustion efficiency of JP-10 increased to 89.0%.The results above indicate that quadricyclane is a good combustion accelerator for high-density fuel,indicative of good application prospects.
