铟掺杂3DOM氧化锌纳米材料的制备及其醇敏性能研究

【摘要】 采用模板法,实现铟掺杂三维有序大孔氧化锌的可控制备,探究铟掺入量对乙醇气敏性能的影响。结果表明:随着铟掺入量的逐渐增加,气敏响应值先增高,当铟的原子掺入量为5%时,产物的气敏性能最好;然而,当掺杂过量时,响应值会逐渐降低。利用XPS、PL、UV-Vis等表征手段分析了产物结构及性能差异的原因。当铟的掺杂量较低时,铟掺入氧化锌晶格中。随掺入量增加,材料比表面积增大,形成更多的氧空位和吸附位点,从而气敏性能增强。过量掺杂造成了严重的晶格畸变,破坏了氧化锌晶体结构,导致气敏性能骤降。
【Abstract】 In this paper, In doped Three-Dimensionally Ordered Macroporous(3DOM) ZnO nanomaterials were prepared by template method. The effect of In doping percentage on the gas response has been investigated. We found that ZnO sample with In doping atomic percentage of 5% showed the highest gas sensing response, while excessive In doping suppressed the gas sensing response. At the proper concentrations, In doped ZnO can improve conductivity, optical properties, increase the donor-related defect and formed active component of In:ZnO for C2H5OH absorption, resulting in enhanced C2H5OH sensing properties compared to pure ZnO.
