用正交试验优化TR80和DR16B复配破乳剂对陕北原油破乳效果

【摘要】 陕北原油采出液破乳脱水过程中存在破乳剂用量大、脱水率低、污水含油和悬浮物多,中间层厚等问题,用聚醚TR80与助剂DR16B复配组成复配破乳剂,用正交试验法优化破乳脱水工艺。以聚醚用量、助剂用量、温度为因素,脱水率、净化油含盐量、及污水含油量等为指标,用极差分析法分析试验结果。结果表明:对河庄坪原油,优化破乳条件为TR80与DR16B按80 mg·L-1:30 mg·L-1复配,加入总量110 mg·L-1,温度55℃,脱水时间6h,脱水率达98.7%,净化油含盐量0.0403 mg·L-1,污水含油量20.6 mg·L-1;对子长原油,优化破乳条件为TR80与DR16B按160 mg·L-1:40 mg·L-1复配,加入总量200 mg·L-1,温度65℃,脱水时间6h,脱水率达98.9%,净化油含盐量0.0512 mg·L-1,污水含油量115.1 mg·L-1

【Abstract】 A new combinational demulsifier combining polyether TR80 with additive DR16 B is used to solve the problems that demulsifier use level is high,dehydration rate is low,the content of oil and suspended matter is large in sewage and middle oil-water emultion layer is thick for the existing demulsifiers for produced liquid of North Shanxi oil fields.The dehydration technology are optimized by orthogonal test with dehydration rate,salt content in purified oil and oil content in sewage as indexes and dosage of polyether and additive,and temperature as factors.The result of experiment is analyzed by range analysis.As a result,for Hezhuangping crude oil,the optimal dehydration technology is that the polyether TR80:additive DR16 B is 80 mg·L-1:30 mg·L-1 and demulsifier concentration is 110 mg·L-1 at 55℃ in 6h,the dehydration rate is 98.7%,salt content in purified oil is 0.0403 mg·L-1,and oil content in sewage is 20.6mg·L-1,and for Zichang crude oil,the optimal dehydration technology is the polyether TR80:additive R18 C is 160 mg·L-1:40 mg·L-1 andt demulsifier concentration is 200 mg·L-1 at 65 ℃ in 6h,the dehydration rate is98.9%,salt content in purified oil is 0.0512 mg·L-1,and oil content in prolapse sewage is 115.1 mg·L-1.
