【摘要】 目的:对中药青翘进行化学成分的分离与鉴定以及抗氧化活性的研究。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱分离,1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱技术鉴定结构;DPPH法测试化合物抗氧化活性。结果:从青翘中分离8个化合物,分别鉴定为20(S)-达玛烷-24-烯-3β,20-二醇-3-乙酸酯(1),表松脂素(2),熊果酸(3),连翘苷(4),槲皮素(5),八氢-1H,5H-二吡咯[1,2-a:1’,2’-d]吡嗪(6),连翘酯苷A(7),芦丁(8);结论:芦丁、槲皮素及连翘酯苷A有很好的抗氧化活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Forsythia suspensa and antioxidant activity. Method: Column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 were used to separate and purify the compounds.Structure analysis was carried out by1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS technology. DPPH experiment was conducted to examine the antioxidant activity of the compounds. Result: eight compounds were isolated from the fruits of Forsythia suspensa.The structures of the compounds were determined as20( S)-dammar-24-ene-3β,20-diol-3acetate(1),epipinoresino(2), ursolic acid(3), forsythin(4) and quercetin(5),Octahydro-1H,5H-dipyrrolo[1,2-a:1’,2’-d]pyrazine(6) forsythoside A(7),rutin(8),respectively.Conclusion: rutin,quercetin and Forsythoside A showed excellent antioxidant activity.更多还原
