TC17合金叶环锻件β模锻工艺实现

【摘要】 采用Deform-3D有限元软件、环轧制坯和β模锻工艺,设计和研制投影面积达2.6×10~5mm~2、重量约180kg且组织、性能均要求较高的TC17合金叶环锻件。其结果表明:Deform-3D有限元分析软件优化设计了该合金中间坯、锻件形状尺寸和应变分布;采用α+β两相区环轧制坯,通过连续轧制变形,进一步提高中间坯组织的均匀性;结合上述优化设计结果,采用β模锻工艺,TC17合金叶环锻件实现一火锻造成形,且锻件组织、性能和超声探伤结果均满足技术要求。
【Abstract】 The Deform-3D definite-element software and Roll-ring and Beta die-forged processing were used to design and manufacture leaf-ring forgings of TC17 titanium alloy,the TC17 alloy forgings with projective area about 2.6 X 105 mm2 and the weight of that forgings is beyond 180 Kilogram and the technique criterions of microstructure and mechanical properties for the forgings are very higher.The results show that the shape and size of billets and forgings and strain distribution were improved by Deform-3D definite-element software;the ring billets were used to roll and heat in α+ β phase zone,the microstructure of ring billets was more uniformed by rolling continuously.According to the improved results of above-mentioned,the Beta dieforged processing was used to manufacture leaf-ring forgings of TC17 titanium alloy,the forgings was shaped in one-off,the microstructure and mechanical properties and ultrasonic nondestructive of the forgings were achieved the technique requirement.
