桑叶γ-氨基丁酸含量的分析

【摘要】 γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)是动物中枢神经系统中的一种主要的抑制性神经递质,参与许多重要的生理代谢调节,它广泛存在于植物体内。本研究用比色法测定了23个桑树品种以及同一品种不同季节桑叶GABA含量,结果表明,不同品种间桑叶的GABA含量差异很大,高的达10mg/g干桑叶,低的仅4.92 mg/g干桑叶;其中含量达到了9mg/g干桑叶以上的品种有抗青10号、云阳二号、大红皮、强兵、湖桑199等;桑叶中的GABA含量会随季节不同而发生变化,春季桑叶GABA含量最高、夏秋季次之,冬季最低。

【Abstract】 γ-aminobutyric acid( GABA) was an important inhibitory neuro transmitter in the mammalian central nervous system which was ubiquitously distrubited in several plant species and took an important role in physiological and metabolic regulation. In this paper, the GABA contents of 23 varieties mulberry were determined with colorimetric method. The results showed that the GABA contents of the mulberry leaves were great difference among the varieties,the highest was 10 mg/g dried mulberry leaves while the lowest was 4.92 mg/g dried mulberry leaves. The GABA content of Kangqing 10,Yunyang 2, Dahongpi, Qiangbing, Husang199 reached 9mg/g dried mulberry leaves. In addition, there were differences in the GABA content of mulberry leaves from different seansons, the highest GABA content of mulberry leaves were in spring, the second one were in summer and autumn,the lowest one were in and winter.
