柞树叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性分析

【摘要】 本试验采用SPAD-502叶绿素计与分光光度计法对四种不同柞树叶片中SPAD值及叶绿素的含量分别进行测定,并进行相关性分析。结果表明蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)、辽东栎(Quercus liaotungensis)、槲栎(Quercus aliena Bl.)、麻栎(Quercus acutissima)叶片中的叶绿素含量与SPAD值存在着极显著差异。蒙古栎叶片叶绿素含量与SPAD值最优数据模型是y=0.0908x-1.3177(r=0.971**);槲栎叶片叶绿素含量与SPAD值最优数据模型是y=1.685ln(x)-4.354(r=0.908**);辽东栎叶片叶绿素含量与SPAD值最优数据模型是y=1.6519ln(x)-4.045(r2=0.976**);麻栎叶片叶绿素含量与SPAD值最优数据模型是y=0.5883e(0.0276x)(r=0.90**)。通过测定柞树叶片中SPAD值可以快速估算出其叶绿素的含量。
【Abstract】 This experiment adopts the SPAD- 502 chlorophyll meter and spectrophotometer method to four different oak leaf SPAD value and chlorophyll content were determined respectively,and correion analysis.The results show that Mongolian oak(Quercus mongolica),liaodong oak(Quercus liaotungensis),Oriental white oak(Quercus aliena Bl.),German oak(Quercus acutissima) leaf chlorophyll content and SPAD values of exist significant differences.Mongolian oak leaf chlorophyll content and SPAD value is the optimal data model y = 0.0908 x- 1.3177(r = 0.971 **); Oriental white oak leaf chlorophyll content and SPAD value is the optimal data model y = 1.685 ln(x) t-4.354(r = 0.908 **); Liaodong oak leaf chlorophyll content and SPAD value is the optimal data model y = 1.6519 ln(x)-4.045(r = 0.976 **); German oak leaf chlorophyll content and SPAD value is the optimal data model.y=0.5883e(0.0276x)(r=0.90**).By measuring the oak leaf SPAD value can be quickly estimate its chlorophyll content.
