桑螟幼虫对毒死蜱抗性调查

【摘要】 通过对湖州地区桑螟抗性调查结果表明,毒死蜱在湖州地区推广应用6年后桑螟抗性增长了9.8倍,平均每年增长1.5倍;桑螟幼虫不同生育阶段对毒死蜱的敏感性有较大差异,2龄期最敏感,后随着龄期增长敏感性降低,高低相差4.6倍;整体分析,桑螟对毒死蜱的抗性仍处在敏感阶段。

【Abstract】 The resistance of mulberry pyralid larvae in Huzhou has been investigated.The results showed that during the 6 years of chlorpyrifos promotion period in Huzhou,the resistance of mulberry pyralid larvae on chlorpyrifos has been increased for 9.8 times,1.5 times per year.And the sensitivity of mulberry pyralid larvae with different developmental stages on chlorpyrifos showed great difference.The most sensitive period was 2 instar,and then the sensitivity decreased with age growth.The difference between high and low was 4.6 times.It means the resistance of mulberry pyralid on chlorpyrifos was still at a sensitive stage.
