辽宁9种柞树叶片气孔特征的研究

【摘要】 利用数码图像显微镜处理系统对辽宁省凤城市9种柞树叶片的气孔特性进行研究,测定了气孔密度、气孔器长、短轴、气孔长、短轴以及气孔指数。结果表明,柞树叶片气孔只分布于下表皮;气孔保卫细胞呈肾形,内壁加厚,但加厚程度不同,槲栎组>引进种>麻栎组;气孔下陷,呈椭圆形或狭长椭圆形,气孔密度为462.32~977.65个/mm~2。同一组试材气孔器的长短轴、气孔的长轴与短轴、气孔密度具有较大的相似性。利用重心距离法对气孔密度、气孔面积、气孔大小和气孔器大小进行聚类分析,从距离4处进行分类,可分为4类。聚类分析表明:气孔及气孔器的长、短轴、气孔密度和形态可为探讨栎属种间的分类鉴定及亲缘关系提供一定的佐证。

【Abstract】 The stomatal density,size of stoma and stomatal apparatus,Stomatal index of 9 oak tree(Quercus) species’ leaves in Liaoning province Fengcheng,were examined by optical microscope.The results showed that stomata of all oak tree species only distributed in lower epidermis;The guard cells were kidney shaped and the inner cell walls were thickened to different degrees:section Quercus > introduced species > Section Aegilops; The stomata were of narrowed-oval or oval in shape and sink as well.The stomatal density ranged from 462.32~977.65 No./mm~2. The stomatal major and minor axis,tomatal density,stomatal apparatus of the leaves of same section were similar. Cluster analysis of stomatal density,size of stoma and stomatal apparatus by center of gravity method,classification from a distance of 4,it could be divided into four categories. A cluster analysis showed that these leaf stomatal major or minor axis, stomatal apparatus major or minor axis, stomatal density and morphology could provide evidence to identify species and study the systematic relationships of Quercus.
