【摘要】 呋喃虫酰肼是具有拟蜕皮激素作用的双酰肼类昆虫生长调节剂。该药剂的使用浓度对3龄家蚕无熏蒸毒性,有一定触杀毒性,有强烈胃毒作用。桑叶蘸该药剂给家蚕添食致家蚕中毒死亡的LC50 5龄>4龄,至眠时或结茧时的LC505龄<4龄<3龄,LC10以下浓度药剂对3、4龄家蚕生长发育未表现蜕皮激素作用,对熟蚕上蔟时间未见影响;用喷洒该药剂一定时间后的桑树上的叶子喂蚕,表现出明显的蜕皮激素类药物症状,在桑树上对家蚕的残效期超过68天。更多还原

【Abstract】 Furan Tebufenozide is a quasi ecdysone action of double hydrazide insect growth regulator. The use of the drug concentration on the 3rd instar silkworm have the certain toxicity of tag, and a strong stomach poison effect, but no fumigation toxicity. The silkworm poisoning death of LC50, which feed by the mulberry leaf dipping the drug, is 5th > 4th. And to sleep or cocoon LC50 is 5 th < 4 th < 3 rd. Under LC10 concentration reagent to the 3rd and 4th instar silkworm, there were no ecdysone effect to silkworm growth and development, and no influence on the nest time of Mature silkworm. Spraying the drug to the mulberry after a certain time, and feeding silkworm with the mulberry leaves, the result showed obvious symptoms of molting hormone drugs. And the residual period of mulberry to silkworm is more than 68 days.更多还原
