采用电磁悬浮动力吸振器的转子振动主动控制技术前瞻

【摘要】 通过分析国内外转子振动控制技术,指出了它们的优缺点。在此基础上,提出了带电磁悬浮动力吸振器的转子横向振动主动控制的设计构思。并指出从工程的观点研究转子横向振动的电磁悬浮动力吸振技术,将给出转子横向振动动力吸振的一种范式,开辟新的研究方向。所提出的不用置于轴承支承部位且不随转子旋转的电磁悬浮动力吸振器,便于兼顾系统的静、动态性能要求,亦可克服离心力所导致的设计困难,使该设计构思具有工程应用价值。所提出的将非线性补偿、电流频率移相补偿及H~∞控制综合引入带电磁悬浮动力吸振器转子系统的振动控制的研究中,将是切实可靠的较佳控制方案。

【Abstract】 Through analysis of the active vibration control techniques of rotor at home and abroad,their merits and demerits are pointed out.Based on this,the design conception of the active transverse vibration control technique of rotor with electromagnetically levitated dynamic absorber is advanced.It is also pointed out that a canonical form of dynamic absorption for the transverse vibration of rotor can be obtained,as a new research field,when the technique is studied from the engineering point of view.The electromagnetically levitated dynamic absorber,not rotating with rotor,can be designed in practice,and need not be placed on the bearings.Thus,both the static and dynamic functions of the rotor system can be considered simultaneously,and the design difficulties caused by the centrifugal force can be overcome too.Therefore,the design conception is of value for practical use in engineering.The techniques,such as the nonlinear compensation,phase shifting compensation at different frequencies in a circuit feedback loop as well as the H°° robust control,are synthetically introduced into the research on the active vibration control of a rotor system with electromagnetically levitated dynamic absorbers,which will be a realistic,reliable and good control scheme.
