【摘要】 目的:了解开封市老年人的用药状况,为相关部门制定老年医药卫生政策提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法对开封市60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查。采用SPSS17.0进行数据录入和分析。结果:在138份有效问卷中,调查对象的总体慢性病用药率为77.5%,人均用药1.9种,每日服药3次(43.0%)和坚持长期用药的(≥0.5年)老年人占绝大多数(77.6%)。在自我药疗方面,96.4%的老年人有过自我药疗行为,90.2%集中在感冒,因病情不严重选择自我药物治疗的居多(78.9%),72.2%的老年人使用来自药店的药品进行自我药疗。在药品管理方面,仅有21.7%的老年人拥有个人药历,47.1%的老年入随意摆放药品,偶尔清理药品(48.6%)和经常检查药品有效期(39.9%)的老年人最多,69.6%的老年人对过期药品不作任何处理,随生活垃圾丢弃。结论:相关部门亟待加强药学服务,加强对老年人用药知识、用药行为和自我药疗的教育和干预指导,提高老年人的用药管理水平,帮助老年人安全合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the situation of drug use in the elderly in Kaifeng,and to provide reference for the medical relevant departments to develop health policy for the elderly.Methods:The methods of convenience sampling and conducting a questionnaire survey on elderly residents aged 60 years and above in Kaifeng was used.To entry the data accurately in SPSS17.0.Results:In 138 valid questionnaires,the overall rate of drug use of chronic disease was 77.5%,and the number of per capita drug use was 1.9,the number of the elderly who took drugs 3 times a day(43.0%) and insisted on taking drugs more than 0.5 years(77.6%) was the largest.As for the self-medication,96.4%of the elderly had self-medication,90.2%concentrated in cold,most had self-medication because the condition was not serious(78.9%),72.2%of people used drugs from the pharmacy.As for the medication management,only 21.7%of elderly people had a personal medical history,47.1%of the elderly randomly placed drug,the number of the elderly who occasionally cleaned drugs(48.6%) and frequently checked the validity of drugs(39.9%) was the largest,69.6%of the elderly dealt with expired drugs without any treatment,discarding with domestic garbage.Conclusion:Medical relevant departments should strengthen the pharmaceutical care to educate and guide elderly people about drug-use knowledge,behavior,and self-medicine,improve medication management level and help the elderly use the drugs safely and reasonably.更多还原
