【摘要】 目的:分析讨论《国家基本药物目录》中成药不良反应(ADR)发生的规律及特点,为基本药物的遴选、临床合理使用提供参考。方法:通过中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),检索1949.10~2015.05期间报道的中成药基本药物ADR的相关文献,进行统计分析。结果:1186例ADR报告中,男女比例为1.02:1,年龄分布均匀,发生时间多在1小时之内;共涉及105种药物,以中药注射液为主,累及器官多为皮肤及附件。建议:加强中成药基本药物,尤其是中药注射剂的不良反应预警监测,推动基本药物临床应用合乎规范,提高安全用药水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Analysis and discussion of the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in the national essential drug list,and provide reference for the selection of basic drugs and rational use.Methods:to retrieve and statistical analysis relevant literature of the Chinese patent medicine ADR during 1949.10 to 2015.05 through CNKI.Results:in 1186 cases of ADR reports,the ratio of male to female is 1.02:1,age distribution,time of occurrence multi within 1 hour:involving a total of 105 species of drugs,mainly by traditional Chinese medicine injection,organ involvement for skin and its appendages.Suggestions:it is recommended to strengthen the basic drugs,especially the adverse reactions of Chinese medicine injection,to promote the clinical application of basic drugs,improve the level of safe medication.更多还原
