【摘要】 目的:探索药品生产、经营企业药品不良反应(ADR)报告率低的原因,提出提高药品生产企业开展药品不良反应报告的积极性的建议。方法:应用公共产品理论与鲍弗瑞和罗森塞尔(Palfrey and Rosenthal,1989)模型,考察不良反应信息的公共产品特征,建立医疗机构与药品生产、经营企业的博弈模型并进行成本比较分析。结果与结论:仅当药品生产、经营企业的成本充分低时才会提供不良反应信息,并且,医疗机构在不良信息的报告上成本总是低于药品生产经营企业。因此,边际成本相对较高的药品生产经营企业总会把应该提供的不良反应信息的一部分转移到边际成本较低的医疗机构更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the reasons of the adverse drug reaction(ADR) low reports rate of the drug production and business enterprises,proposed to improve the enthusiasm of pharmaceutical production enterprises to carry out the adverse drug reactions report’s recommendations.Methods:applying theory of public product and the Bowery and rossenthal(Palfrey and Rosenthal,1989) model,investigating adverse information public goods characteristics,establishing the game model of the medical institutions and drug production,management enterprise and cost comparison analysis.Results and conclusion:only when a sufficiendy low cost the drug production,management enterprise will provide information and the ADR information report cost of medical institutions is always less than drug production and operation of enterprises.Thus,the marginal costs are relatively high,pharmaceutical enterprises will always be provided to transfer part of the adverse information to medical institutions of a lower marginal cost.更多还原
