【摘要】 目的:系统评价胃癌患者使用卡培他滨用药的有效性和安全性。方法:检索国内外发表的关于卡培他滨治疗胃癌的中英文文献,对符合纳入标准的随机对照试验进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果:最终纳入8篇文献,合计427例患者。纳入研究经分析得出,治疗效果方面,卡培他滨单药与替吉奥、多西他赛+顺铂相比治疗效果并没有显著性差异(Z=0.71,P=0.48>0.05)。药品不良反应方面,患者使用卡培他滨单药发生口腔粘膜炎(26.7%)和手足综合症(49.8%)的概率较高;替吉奥给药方案与卡培他滨单药相比毒性小;多西他赛+顺铂给药更易发生恶心/呕吐(Z=2.25,P=0.02<0.05);卡培他滨+奥沙利铂给药更易发生白细胞减少(Z=2.12,P=0.03<0.05);FOLFOX4给药更易发生白细胞减少(Z=3.05,P=0.002<0.05)和恶心/呕吐(Z=3.22,P=0.001<0.05)。结论:不同的给药方案发生药品不良反应的系统归属也不同,提示医疗工作者在选择药物治疗充分考虑治疗效果和药物不良反应的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Systematically review chemotherapy safety of capecitabine in the treatment of the Gastric Carcinoma patients.Methods:The studies about the chemotherapy safety of capecitabine in the treatment of the Gastric Carcinoma patients were extracted,meta-analysis of included studies used software RevMan 5.3 provided by Cochrane.Results:8 literature were chosen from all the 569 papers.Into the study through the analysis,there is no significant difference between capecitabine,S-1,Docetaxel and cisplatin about the treatment effect.Patients with capecitabine single-agent,stomatitis and Hand-foot syndrome occurred more often:results are better when S-1 dosage regimen compared with capecitabine single-agent,Patient use Capecitabine and cisplatin is more vulnerable to have nausea/vomiting:Leukopenia occurred more often when patient have Capecitabine and oxaliplatin.Conclusion:Prompt medical experts choose medication in full consideration of the difference between therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions.更多还原
