【摘要】 目的:明确我国不同省份医药制造业在R&D活动投入方面的差异和特征,以期为各省制订医药产业政策,特别是R&D相关政策提供参考。方法:根据2010-2013年《中国高技术产业统计年鉴》公布的我国医药制造业相关数据,对我国医药制造企业的R&D活动人力投入情况,按总量、结构、均值等进行了各省份间的对比分析。结论:总体上看,我国医药制造业R&D活动东高西低的分布特点明显,各省R&D活动以及活动结果的差距显著。建议:因此,优化产业区域布局,发挥东部地区的引导示范作用,增加西部地区省份R&D人力投入,充分利用人力资源,鼓励科技人员的合理流动等有助于我国各省医药制造业均衡发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To make clear the provincial pharmaceutical industry R&D’s differences and characteristics in China,in order to enact the pharmaceutical industry policy,especially the R&D.Methods:According to the date of 2010-2013 "China statistics yearbook on high technology industry",R&D activities’ enterprises divide into mean,total quantity,structure,and carry on the comparative analysis between the provinces.Results:Overall,the characteristic of our R&D activities is that the east is higher than west,the gap between provincial R&D activities and the effect is significant.Conclusion:Therefore,optimize the industrial area layout,play a role of guidance in eastern demonstration,increase R&D investment in the western provinces,make full use of human resource,encourage the rational flow of science and technology personnel can contribute to the development of provincial pharmaceutical industry in China.更多还原
