【摘要】 目的:了解我国老年人群合理用药知识、信念和行为的情况。方法:选取1262名60岁以上的老年人进行问卷调查;调查内容包括个人基本情况、合理用药知信行测评等。结果:被调查者的用药知识得分均值(15.01)和用药信念得分均值(2.99)都属于低等水平;75.2%的被调查者用药知识掌握较差,64.0%的被调查的用药信念测评结果为差。用药依从性得分均值(8.18)虽属于中等水平,但总体得分差值较大,仍有26.7%的被调查者用药依从性较差。多元回归分析结果表明,知识得分的影响因素为依从性得分、家人是否医务人员、文化程度;信念得分与依从性得分和文化程度呈正相关;用药依从性得分的影响因素为年龄、知识得分和信念得分。结论:应注意医务人员的作用和地位,充分利用其专业身份传播合理用药知识。加强对文化程度低的老年人的合理用药知识的宣教,帮助其树立正确的用药信念,形成有利于促进利于健康行为的良性循环。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To understand the knowledge,attitude and practice of the elderly in our country.METHODS:Questionnaire survey was used with 1262 respondents aged 60 and above:Research content mainly include personal basic information and KAP evaluation.RESULTS:Respondents’ average knowledge score(15.01) and mean belief score(2.99) belong to a lower level:75.2%have poor knowledge,64.0%have incorrect beliefs.Average medication adherence score(8.18) is belong to medium level,but there is a difference among the total score.Multiple regression analysis results show that the influence factors of knowledge score are adherence score,whether family members are medical personnel,education degree:Belief scores was positively associated with compliance score and education degree:influence factors of medication adherence score are age,scores of knowledge and belief.CONCLUSION:Attention should be paid to the role and status of medical staff,make full use of their professional identity to propaganda the knowledge of rational drug use.Strengthen the rational drug use knowledge for those whose education degree is low,help them establish correct beliefs,to promote the virtuous cycle of health behavior.更多还原
