【摘要】 目的:通过掌握我国各省的低价药清单的基本情况,分析比较我国31省(市、自治区)低价药清单,为国家低价药清单目录药品的遴选、省级低价药清单的规范提供决策参考。方法:从各省级主管部门的官方网站下载收集省级"低价药清单",统计分析31省低价药清单在目录形式、药品数量、剂型及给药途径、治疗类别上的不同。结果:各省增补清单中药物的数量差距较大、形式欠缺规范;各省清单剂型都以口服剂型为主;部分疾病的治疗药品不足。结论:推进医保支付制度改革、完善医保政策衔接;提高企业生产经营低价药品的积极性;规范省级清单的格式;限制各省低价药增补数量;增补抗肿瘤、泌尿系统药品种和缓释控释制剂;控制清单中抗微生物药、麻醉药增补。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By getting the basic situation of the list of low-price medicines of 31 provinces and related policies,we can provide the policy reference for the selection of medicines in the national low-price medicine list and for the standardization of provincial low-price medicines lists by comparing and analyzing the provincial low-price medicine lists.Methods:Provincial low-price medicine lists were collected from provincial government’s website,the format、 quantity of medicines、 dosage forms、 administration route and categories were compared.Result;The provincial low-price medicines lists differ greatly in format and the quantity of medicines,the dosage forms of chemical medicines and traditional Chinese medicines are mianly peroral dosage form and few diseases are not covered inthe provincial low-price medicines list.Conclusion:It is suggested that we should better the combination with medical insurance,enterprises’ production and sales enthusiasm for low-price medicines should be encouraged,the provincial low-price medicines lists’ format should be normalized,the amount of low-price medicines should be restricted and antimicrobial and narcotic drugs should be under control.The drug varieties of antitumor and urinary system and sustained-release and controlled-release preparations should be increased.更多还原
