【摘要】 目的:探析药事管理专业人才培养与我国执业药师职能发挥的一致性。方法:运用文献分析与对比分析,从专业属性、课程设置、能力培养等方面考察药事管理专业人才培养与我国执业药师职能要求的一致性。结果和结论:通过比较分析,国内早期获批开展药事管理专业人才培养的医药院校在学位设定、课程设计、目标要求上均符合执业药师当前要求和未来发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the professional talents of pharmacy administration culture and Chinese licensed pharmacists play the function of consistency.Methods:Using literature analysis and comparative analysis,examines the consistency requirements and functions of licensed pharmacist in China professional training from the aspects of professional attributes of pharmacy administration,curriculum,training the ability.Results and conclusion:Through comparative analysis,medical colleges to carry out professional training talents of Pharmacy Administration in domestic early approved degree setting,curriculum design,the objectives and requirements are in line with the current requirements of licensed pharmacists and future development need.更多还原
