【摘要】 目的观察电芒针改善更年期综合征的有效性及安全性,以及疗效的持久性。方法按照随机对照、单盲的试验方法,将31例更年期综合征患者随机分为两组,治疗组15例采用电芒针疗法,对照组16例采用非穴位浅针刺合并假电针疗法,每次治疗20分钟,3次/周,连续治疗2个月。观察患者绝经症状评分(MRS)及各单项症候评分。结果治疗组无论在治疗4周(P<0.01)还是8周(P<0.01)在改善临床症状上均有显著疗效,且随着疗程延长,治疗组的疗效更明显。无论经治疗4周还是治疗8周疲倦症状、睡眠障碍、情绪低落、焦虑症状、性问题及关节和肌肉不适症状上,治疗组均明显优于对照组;只有经历治疗8周后潮热冒汗症状、急躁易怒症状及膀胱问题治疗组改善才明显优于对照组;在心脏不适及阴道干涩症状上,两组间改善疗效相当。结论电芒针治疗能改善更年期患者的临床症状,有显著疗效,优于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of treating the female menopausal syndrome and improving their quality of life with electro-acupuncture.And to observe the persistence of treating in this way.Method 31 patients were radomly divided into two groups.15 of them are in the treatment group,who are treated with electro-acupuncture combined with elongated needle.16 of them are in the faked acupuncture group,who are treated by needing on the point that near but not acupoint shallowly.Both of the groups were treated for 8 weeks.Then the effect was observed.Results To the treatment group,after 4 weeks,the scores for menopauseratingscale(MRS) are less than the base-line.And the differences are significant(P<0.01).The improvement of the single symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the faked acupuncture group.These symptoms included tired,Sleep disorders,depression,anxiety,etc.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with elongated needle can treat the female menopausal syndrome.And the therapeutic effect is significant.更多还原
