聚[4-(6-丙烯酰己氧基)-7-(6-己氧基香豆素)联苯]的合成及光化学反应的研究

【摘要】 合成了4-(6-丙烯酰己氧基)-7-(6-己氧基香豆素)联苯单体和其均聚物聚[4-(6-丙烯酰己氧基)-7-(6-己氧基香豆素)联苯],采用核磁、红外对单体结构进行了确认,通过DSC和偏光显微镜对单体和聚合物的液晶性能进行了研究。用线性偏振紫外光照射高分子膜层会发生轴选择性光反应。通过改变曝光温度,当薄膜在高于清亮点温度下曝光,发生的光反应速率比在室温下曝光发生的反应速率快。当在室温下曝光,曝光量为3180mJ/cm~2时光反应才完全;而在高于清亮点温度下曝光,曝光量为2544mJ/cm~2时,光反应达到饱和。最后,对曝光后的分子膜层进行热处理,考察了光学各向异性的变化,结果发现在热处理后光学各向异性没有很明显的变化。

【Abstract】 4-(6-Methacryloxyhexyloxy) biphenyl-7-(6-hexyloxy)coumarin(M) and its polymer poly[4-(6-Methacryloxyhexyloxy)biphenyl-7-(6-hexyloxy)coumarin](P) were synthesized.The structure of the monomer was confirmed by !H NMR and IR,the liquid crystal property was studied by DSC and polarization optical microscope.Irradiated the polymer film with LPUV light can generate an axis-selective photoreaction.By changing exposure temperature,when the film was irradiated over clearing point temperature,the photo-reaction rate was faster than at the room temperature.In addition to,when exposure energy was 3180mJ/cm~2,the photochemical reaction was finished at room temperature,while exposure energy was 2544mJ/cm~2,the photochemical reaction reached saturation over clearing point temperature.Finally,annealing the exposed film was conducted to investigate the change of the optical anisotropy.The results show the photo-induced optical anisotropy AA has mostly not changed after annealing.
