水性银色油墨分散性能影响因素的研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着环保要求的不断提高,绿色环保的水性油墨的研发,已经成为大势所趋。而且银色油墨也以其优异精美的包装效果,备受人们的青睐。因此水性银色油墨的研发已成为一种必然。油墨的分散性与油墨的遮盖力、稳定性有密切的关系。它是衡量油墨性能的很重要的指标之一。为了研究水性银色油墨的分散性能,我们对铝粉的包覆层做了红外测试。通过控制不同颜基比、不同分散工艺、不同助剂种类等因素,制备出不同的银色油墨,测试油墨的粒径大小及分散状态。研究分析表明:最佳颜基比为1:3、分散剂750的分散效果最好且能保证油墨的分散稳定性、油墨配制的最佳工艺是在300r/min条件下搅拌100min。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the continuous improvement of environmental requirements.Research and development of water-based ink has become a trend.And silver ink has got much attention of people because of its attractive packaging effect.So the development of water-based silver ink is necessary.The dispersion property of ink has a close contact with covering property and stability of ink.It is one of the important indices of measuring ink.In order to research the dispersion property of water-based silver ink,we test the coating layer of Aluminium powder with FT-IR,and different inks were prepared by changing the different pigment/binder ratios,different dispersing process including varied speed and time,type of dispersant.The particle size and distribution of Aluminum pigment are texted.Studies have shown mat the best pigment/binder ratios is 1:3,the effect of dispersing agent 750 is best and it can maintain good stability of dispersion and the best dispersing process is stirring for 100 min at the speed of 300 r / min.
