机器视觉在几何尺寸测量中的应用
Application of Machine Vision for Geometric Dimensions Measurement

【摘要】 一种高精度、易操作的机器视觉系统,被设计用于汽车零部件的位置度、高度和垂直度的测量,这些测量应用传统的测试方法是非常困难的。系统包括两套工业相机,两套光源和一套嵌入式图像处理单元DMV1000。经过仔细的标定后系统测试表现优异,最大距离绝对误差约为0.02mm,最大角度绝对误差约为0.26度。结合伺服电机系统和气动系统,按下启动按钮后所有的测量流程自动完成。在文中详细地介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件设计,并讨论了验证试验数据。这些数据证实了这套装置的高精度和高稳定性。
【Abstract】 A machine vision system with high precision and easy operation was designed to measure the position,height and verticality of an automobile part which were very difficult by traditional inspection methods.It consisted of two cameras,two lights and one embedded image processing unit DMV 1000.After being carefully calibrated,the system performed well with the maximum distance absolute error of about 0.02 mm and angle absolute error of 0.26 degree.Combined with server motor system and pneumatic system,all measuring procedures automatically worked after one start button push.In this paper,the hardware and software design of this system were introduced in details and the verification test data were discussed which proved the high stability and precision of this equipment.
