【摘要】 目的探讨甲基苯丙胺男性使用者的三维人格特征。方法采用问卷调查法,对四川省成都市某强制戒毒机构的127名男性甲基苯丙胺使用者的三维人格特征进行调查分析。同时收集了179名男性健康人群的三维人格特征作为对照。结果与健康对照组相比,甲基苯丙胺男性使用者的三维人格特征表现为:甲基苯丙胺男性使用组三维人格问卷评分NS维度,NS1、NS2、HA2和RD1因子分高于与正常对照组,RD2和RD3因子评分低于健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义。(P<0.05)结论甲基苯丙胺男性使用者有其独特的三维人格特征,可采取相应的措施进行预防和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 【objective】 To investigate the three‐dimensional personality features of male methamphetamine users. 【methods】 We applied the questionnaire survey in a compulsory drug addiction rehabilitation institutions in Cheng Du Si Chuan province,127 men methamphetamine users’ three‐dimensional personality characteristics were investigated. Methamphetamine use number of year(5.15 ± 4.31), age(26 ± 8).From a total of 179 men at the same time the three‐dimensional personality features of healthy people as control.Age(32± 8), compared with the case group, age differences between the two groups has no statistical significance( P >0.05). 【results】Compared with healthy controls, the three dimensional personality features of male methamphetamine users are: male methamphetamine use group three‐dimensional personality questionnaire(TPQ) score NS dimension(14.09 ± 3.85)(15.35 ±3.47), NS1(4.00±1.52)(3.63 ±1.46), NS2(2.77± 1.75)(3.47 ±1.71), HA2(3.21 ± 1.59)(3.38 ±1.48) and RD1(3.84± 1.19)(3.87 ±1.11) factor points higher than normal control group, the RD2(4.79±1.67)(4.77 ±1.40) and RD3(6.93 ±2.18)(6.56±1.93) factor score lower than healthy controls, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). 【 conclusion 】Three‐dimensional personality characteristics of methamphetamine users is a novelty, seek to stimulate, impulsive, fear of uncertainty, and often melancholy, not easy to perserve, not easy to form a long‐term attachment. According to these characteristics, we can intervene with the corresponding prevention and psychological behavior therapy.更多还原
