基于仿真的电磁辐射抗干扰措施及验证

【摘要】 作为系统的重要质量指标,电磁兼容性是保障系统工作效能和提高系统可靠性的重要因素,进行电磁兼容性仿真分析是合理电磁兼容性设计的基础。本文针对电磁干扰的"两途径"之一的电磁辐射干扰的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施:减小安装缝隙以抑制通过壳体缝隙的耦合;在各外接电缆端口与地之间并联电容减小瞬变电磁场对外接电缆的耦合干扰。文章给出了在CST软件中的仿真模型及仿真结果,验证了措施的有效性。
【Abstract】 As a significant specification of any system, EMC(Electromagnetic compatibility) is the key factor for ensuring the working effectiveness and improving the reliability. The analysis of EMC simulation is the foundation for EMC design. In this paper, the reason of EM radiation interference, which is one of the two ways of EMI, is analyzed. Also corresponding solutions have been put forward, which is decreasing the size of the slot to suppress the coupling in-between, and parallelizing a capacitor between the cable ports and the ground to decrease the coupling interference from the transient EM field of cables.The simulation models and results have proved the validation of the solutions.
