【摘要】 为探究乳酸杆菌对雏鸡溃疡性结肠炎的预防及治疗作用,本实验以1日龄SPF雏鸡为研究对象,灌服乳酸杆菌微胶囊连续3天,在10日龄时用100mg/kg体重的2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸乙醇混合液,通过灌肠途经,建立2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸诱导的雏鸡溃疡性结肠炎动物模型。对血液中白细胞总数、嗜酸性粒细胞和盲肠扁桃体中树突状细胞数量的变化进行了较全面系统的检测,结果发现,乳酸杆菌应用雏鸡白细胞总数和嗜酸性粒细胞数明显低于结肠炎模型雏鸡,而树突状细胞数明显高于结肠炎模型雏鸡,说明乳酸杆菌对雏鸡溃疡性结肠炎具有一定的预防和治疗作用,该项研究为溃疡性结肠炎的预防和治疗提供了新的思路和理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the role of Lactobacillus in the prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis chicks, 1-day-old SPF chicks were fed the probiotic micro-capsules for three days and they were clystered with 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)/ethanol in dose of 100 mg / kg at 10 days of age to established animal models of ulcerative colitis chicks. By a more comprehensive and system of inspection about changes of the number of white blood cells, eosinophil cells and dendritic cells in cecal tonsils, we found that the WBC and eosinophil cells of probiotic group chicks was significantly lower than colitis group chicks, and dendritic cells were significantly higher than colitis model group chicks, it means that Lactobacillus have a certain role of prevention and treatment in ulcerative colitis chicks and it brings a new way of thinking and theory in prevention and treatment of ulcerative colitis.更多还原
