功率因数校正对多换能器超声电源影响研究

【摘要】 当多个换能器共同工作时,由于工艺的限制,工作频率有一定误差,固定频率无法使每个换能器正常工作。使用扫频信号可以解决这个问题,但同时功率因数受到影响,这时单独的频率跟踪可能无法使功率因数得到满意的提高。本文使用L6562设计400W的功率因数校正器,使用的超声信号发生器方案是将扫频电路加入SG3525基本电路中,产生频率160k Hz左右小幅变化的超声信号。对功率因数校正器的性能进行了测试,校正器拥有较好的性能,将其接入超声系统中,功率因数得到有效提高。
【Abstract】 Frequency deviation of transducers due to technology limitations lead to that using fixed frequency cannot work well When multiple transducers work together. Sweep signal technology is able to solve this problem, but the power factor is affected at the same time. Individual frequency tracking may can’t give satisfactory improvement of power factor. This article design 400 W PFC uses L6562.Ultrasonic signal generation circuit which produce 160 k Hz ultrasonic signals consisted of sweep signal and SG3525 basic circuits. Test the performance of the power factor correction. Power factor correction is injected to the ultrasound system, and improves the power factor effectively.
