【摘要】 目的探讨在新生儿监护室(NICU)中,床旁彩色多普勒超声在颅脑、腹部及浅表器官检查中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2014年1月行床旁彩色多普勒超声检查的1874例新生儿的资料。结果 1874例患儿中,235例均有异常发现,占检查总数的12.7%,超声诊断颅内病变共142例,消化系统疾病18例,泌尿系统疾病35例,生殖系统疾病11例,浆膜腔积液16例,其他13例。床旁彩色多普勒超声对新生儿的多个脏器可以进行检查,且对于微小病变诊断率高。结论床旁彩色多普勒超声能够明确诊断,并提供诊断依据,可操作性强,且无创伤,避免辐射,对于指导治疗及观察疗效具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of using bedside color dopple ultrasound on cerebra,abdominal and superficial organs in the neonatal intensive care unit.Methods One thousand eight hundred and seventy-four neonates who underwent bedside color dopple ultrasound from Jan 2011 to Jan 2014 were retrospectively reviewed.Results The positive rate of bedside color dopple ultrasound examination was 12.7%(235/1874).Including:intracranial disease 142 cases,digestive system disease 18 case,Urinary system disease 35 cases,reproductive system disease 11 cases,serous cavity fluid 16 cases and 13 cases in others.The bedside color dopple ultrasound can be used in multiple organs of neonates,and has a high diagnosis rate in small lesions.ConclusionBedside color dopple ultrasound can make a definitive diagnosis and provide reliable diagnosis information,easy to operate and noninvasive,non-ionizing,and is beneficial for clinical therapy and prognosis estimation.更多还原
