【摘要】 目的探讨皮肤血管平滑肌瘤高频彩超特征。方法回顾分析高频彩超诊断右足背皮下血管平滑肌瘤一例。结果皮下组织伴有疼痛表浅肿块,高频彩超表现:皮肤软组织内形态规则,圆形、椭圆形为主,边界清晰锐利,低回声或高低回声相间,血流丰富的肿块。结论高频彩超对皮下组织血管平滑肌瘤能作出较为准确的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the features of the angioleiomyoma skin by high frequency color ultrasound.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on a case of angioleiomyoma skin diagnosed by high frequency color ultrasound.Results:The pain superficial masses are found in subcutaneous tissue.The angioleiomyoma in skin with high frequency color ultrasound finding was low echo which was mainly circular or oval.The boundary was clear and sharp and the lesion was rich in blood.Conclusion:The high-frequency color ultrasonic is accurate in diagnosing the angioleimyoma of skin.更多还原
