纳米银对全息聚合物分散液晶光栅光电特性的影响

【摘要】 报道了一种基于掺杂纳米银聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)材料的全息电控光栅的制备,在原有聚合物分散液晶材料体系中添加适量的纳米银颗粒以制备体全息光栅,并分析了不同掺杂浓度的纳米银对H-PDLC光栅的光电特性的影响。实验结果表明在纳米银掺杂含量为1.5mg左右时,衍射效率达到95%、驱动电压、响应时间分别下降到1.23 V/μm、150μs。分析表明,光栅光电特性的改善是得益于纳米银颗粒的表面等离子体效应。
【Abstract】 The preparation of holographic electrically controlled grating based on nano-Ag doped polymer dispersed liquid crystal materials is reported in this paper.Adding appropriate amount of nano-Ag material to the original materials system make the holographic grating.The influence of doping different mass of nano-Ag to the characteristics of H-PDLC grating is researched.The experimental results indicate that,the highest diffraction efficiency,95%,the lowest threshold voltage,1.23V/ μm,the shortest response time,150 μs are achieved when the nano-Ag doped mass is 1.5mg.Analysis indicates that the improvement of the characteristics is attributed to the surface plasmon effect of nano-Ag.
