用磷石膏制陶瓷墙地砖的研究

【摘要】 以贵州矿磷石膏为原料,加入适量烧结助剂,通过模压成型和高温烧结制成陶瓷试样。结果显示,添加质量分数5%的烧结助剂,可使陶瓷试样的抗折强度由2.19 MPa增至29.23 MPa,达到了陶瓷墙地砖中细炻砖的国家标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using Guizhou phosphogypsum as raw materials and adding suitable amount of sintering additives,ceramic samples are produced by molding and high temperature sintering.The results show that flexural strength of the ceramic sample is promoted from 2.19 MPa to 29.23 MPa by adding 5%sintering additives to phosphogypsum,which comes up to the national standard of fine stoneware tile for walls and floors.更多还原
