中国应该放弃韬光养晦的政策培育大国心态
Keeping a Low Profile or Nurturing a Great Power Mentality?

【摘要】 从经济角度来说,如果世界格局不发生大的变化,中国国内不发生向坏的变化,中国保持7%的年增长速度,将在2033年超过美国成为世界第一大经济体。中国没有必要再韬光养晦了。中国这么大的规模冲击世界,人家当然会警惕,关键是我们采用什么心态来对待这个问题。
【Abstract】 China will surpass the United States as the world’s largest economy by 2033 barring the structure of the world economy changing greatly and/or China altering course in a bad direction.China has no need to keep a low profile any longer.The key to future success lies in what mentality we adopt.
