中国资本市场需加快国际化进程
China’s Capital Market Needs to Speed Up its Internationalization Process

【摘要】 中国经济当前迫切需要调整产业结构、转变增长方式、构建自主创新型经济体系,而建立一个强大的资本市场是实现这一经济转型的关键因素之一。政府应积极营造资本市场公平有效的竞争环境,稳步对外开放资本市场和参与国际资本市场竞争,不断提高资本市场运行效率。
【Abstract】 A strong capital market is one of the essentials for economic transitions,which includes adjusting the industrial structure,transforming the growth pattern and building an indigenous innovative economy.The government should actively create a fair competition environment in the capital market,and boost the efficiency of the market.
