【摘要】 中国的改革是对苏联改革模式的突破。前苏联改革初期的1956年是美苏冷战高峰,美国把苏联作为主要对手,它此时开放的国际空间非常低,而在中国1978年改革的时候,美国对中国的改革态度是比较开放的。因此中国改革的外部条件要相对好一点。美国之所以能够赢得冷战,最根本的原因就是美国成功地改革了经济运行、政治和社会管理方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1956,the former USSR began to reform at the peak of the Cold War,when the openness of the world was quite low.But when China began to reform in 1978,the US held a relatively open attitude towards China.That is to say,the external environment the Chinese reform faced is better.The pattern of China’s reform represents a breakthrough compared to the Soviet Union’s reform model.更多还原
