【摘要】 目前社会上存在的种种弊病和偏差,从根本上说,是源于经济改革没有完全到位,政治改革严重滞后,权力的垄断造成了普遍的腐败寻租活动。经济改革和政治改革能否顺利推进,症结在于政府自身。由于改革涉及到每一个政府官员的权力和利益,要把这样的政府改造成为专注于提供公共产品的服务型政府,就需要政府官员出以公心,割舍那些与公仆身份不符的权力。由此可以得出结论,扩大成就和克服缺陷的道路,在于推进改革,建设以民主法治为基础的市场经济。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existing social problems and defects in China are rooted in flaws of the economic reform and,more important,in serious delays of political reform.A monopoly of political power has resulted in widespread corruption and abuses of power.In essence,the smooth and effective progress for reforms in economic structure and political system rely on the government itself.更多还原
