不同钒含量对低铬合金铸铁的组织和性能的影响研究

【摘要】 采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、硬度及冲击韧度议,研究了钒含量对低铬合金铸铁的组织和性能的影响,研究表明:在铸态条件下,随着钒含量的增加,试样的硬度和冲击韧性都增大,当钒含量达到1%时,硬度可达到56.7HRC,钒含量为0.75%时,冲击韧性达到最大值5.75 J/cm2。经过950℃保温3小时热处理后,试样的硬度和冲击韧性都有较大程度地提高,钒含量为0.75%时,硬度达到63.3HRC,当钒含量为0.5%时,冲击韧性达到9.13 J/cm2。钒的加入不仅可以细化晶粒,也可以提高材料性能。热处理后金相组织中网状碳化物数量减少,局部出现断网,碳化物尖角钝化,有白色碳化物析出。

【Abstract】 Abstact:The effect of different vanadium contents on the microstructure and property of low-Cr alloy cast iron was researched by means of XRD,hardness testing, toughness testing and microstructure observation.The results showed that when the sample is as-cast condition, with the increase of vanadium content, when the vanadium content reach to 1%, the hardness reach to 56.7 HRC, when vanadium content is 0.75%, the maximum toughness is 5.75 J/cm~2.After 950 centigrade heat treatment and keep tempereture for three hours,the hardness and toughness have greatly increased, vanadium content is 0.75%, the hardness is 63.3HRC, when the vanadium content is 0.5%, the impact toughness reach to 9.13 J/cm~2. The addition of vanadium can not only refine the grain size, but also can improve the material property.by Observing of microstructure of the sample, the number of network of carbide decreased, partly carbide network is broken, a lot of carbide angle is passivate, and there are lots of white carbide precipitates.
