高N钒微合金钢在贝氏体区等温析出行为

【摘要】 钢的贝氏体相变强化是除固溶强化、细晶强化和位错强化外一种有效的强化手段,然而当人们对贝氏体钢强度提出更高要求时,单纯依靠一种强化机制很难满足要求。为此,将在贝氏体相变强化基础上,引入析出强化,以提升钢材强韧性。本文通过热模拟实验,就高N微合金V钢在贝氏体区的析出行为进行了系统的研究。得出了不同温度、不同时间条件下的析出量数据及不同温度下的开始析出时间等数据,对于人们了解贝氏体析出行为有重要参考价值。
【Abstract】 Besides solution strengthing, fine grain strengthening and dislocation strengthening, bainite phase transforming strengthening is a valid method. Howerer, when higher strength is desired for bainite steel, it is impossible if depending on only one strengthening mechnism. Based on the bainite transformation strengthening, it seems to be a ideal thought to introduce a precipitating strengthening mechnism. As result, strength and toughness of steel should be enhanced. Through the thermal simulation experiments, precipitation behavior within bainite region were systematically studied for a vanadium containing high nitrogen microalloyed steel in the paper. Some important data such as precipitate amount with different helding temperature and different time as well as precipitate starting time at different temperature are obtained, which has value for understanding the precipitating behavior in bainite region.
