【Abstract】 In order to keep the balance of Pollution Load and Purification Capacity of TEDA West District,guided by the ’Scientific Outlook on Development’,and lake Source-controling,pollution-cutting and increasingofself- purification capability as the main line.This article systematically analyzed the water environment problem of TEDA west district,and put forward the corresponding governance and management measures.Improve the development of society,economy,and environment,ensure water environmental system of TEDA West District is stable and healthy.In order to realize the water environment ’ no black,no stink,no algal ’,and meet the relevant national water quality standards steadily.更多还原
