波纹管液压成形工艺过程的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of bellows hydroforming process

【摘要】 建立了三维波纹管几何模型,对波纹管的液压成形过程进行了数值模拟。成形过程中假设管坯材料为均质及面内各向同性,选择仅考虑厚向异性的Hill屈服准则和考虑应变强化的J.H.Holloman本构关系。通过波纹管液压成形过程数值模拟,分析了成形后波纹管各部位的变形情况,发现波峰减薄率最大。同时进行了波纹管成形和测厚实验,比较了波纹管减薄率的数值模拟和实验结果,发现两者吻合较好。
【Abstract】 The three dimensional model of the bellow was built,and the hydroforming process was numerical simulated.The tube material was assumed to be homogeneity and in-plane isotropic,Hill yield considering coefficient of thickness anisotropy and J.H.Holloman strain hardening model were adopted.By the numerical simulation of the bellows hydroforming process,the deformation of the bellows was analyzed,and the result showed that the maximum thickness reduction ratio located at the peak of the bellows.At the same time,hydroforming experiment of the bellows were carried out,and thickness of the bellows were measured,the thickness reduction ratios of numerical simulation agree well with the actual measurement results.
