【Abstract】 The viewpoints of constructing a harmonious library were clarified. The harmoniously interpersonal relationships are primary conditions of constructing a harmonious library. The establishment of harmoniousness between the developments of the collection in a library and the relative discipline is necessary to constructing a harmonious library. The increase of the staff makings is the precondition for constructing a harmonious library. The well running of a management system ensures the constructing a harmonious library.更多还原
