【摘要】 在构建和谐社会的背景下建设和谐图书馆,需要改变传统的读者服务理念,坚持以人为本的服务思想,依靠科学的管理机制,顺应和谐社会的发展要求,全面提升服务境界。
【Abstract】 on the background of building harmonious society construct harmonious library, we should change traditional conception of readers’ service,insist on human feelings service idea, depend on scientific management regime, comply with the needs in the development of society and achieve acme of service entirely.
